InPost SA (‘InPost’), Europe’s leading out of home delivery provider and Menzies Distribution (‘Menzies’), the UK and Ireland’s leading time sensitive delivery business have collaborated under an exclusive logistics partnership that will see Menzies become InPost’s logistics provider in the UK. To secure this route to market, InPost has also acquired a strategic minority equity stake in Menzies.
